FAQs

My child is unwell. What should I do?

I’m a mum, I know that sometimes children are unwell. Let’s face it, a poorly child and a photography session doesn’t really mix well. It’s meant to be enjoyable after all, natural smiles and children playing! Your deposit is non refundable but it is transferable, you can do this once with no charge.

I have an outdoor session booked. What if it rains?

Sometimes outdoor sessions have to be cancelled due to weather, something neither of us can help. If it is not raining I’m happy to go ahead usually, muddy puddles can be lots of fun and the colours of nature when wet are vivid. However, if our session was planned as a sunny, pretty dresses, bare feet type of thing then of course we can rearrange. Your deposit will simply transfer to the new date.

I have some of my own larger props that I'd like to use for my session, is this OK?

I’m more than happy to accommodate your personal items. For larger props please inform me in advance so that I can prepare other props accordingly. Please note that for my shorter seasonal session days I will only be using my own props. Smaller items such as headbands, hats, teddies or small toys are always welcome.

I have a small business. Do you offer promotional photography?

Yes. I can provide you with headshots, images of your premises and of course your products. I am a great believer in supporting local businesses and I am open to considering business swaps!

Please contact me for further information and a tailor made quotation.

How and when do I pay?

Your session fee is due upon booking. I accept bank transfer or Paypal payments. You can purchase seasonal sessions in my online shop or I can send you an invoice. Your session is only confirmed once this fee is paid.

Once you have viewed your online gallery you then select your favourites and select your package. You then pay for your desired package.

Are you insured?

Yes, I hold public liability insurance. Available to view upon request.
